Metropolitan Comprehensive Health Services’ treatment modality is curtailed to meet the specific needs of the client. We subscribe to the notion that one’s early experiences have a significant impact on one’s unconscious thoughts and behaviors; therefore, we seek to provide insight into the unconscious to help resolve these conflicts; thus, we recognize the importance of focusing on building a trusting relationship, while creating a holding environment where the client feels safe to openly express feelings. It is therefore important to foster collaboration between the client and therapist where the clients are involved in contributing to the goals of treatment. Whether client’s needs are to address tensions deriving from complexes that reside deep in the unconscious, or to address concerns with spirituality, meaning, freedom, or responsibility, we make every effort to appropriately guide the client to a state of empowerment. To achieve this goal, interventions are multilayered; such that, we combine the intra-psychic with a systemic psychosocial perspective. This implores a holistic approach assisting the client in implementing change in a variety of settings.

Fees
At this time, we do not accept insurance. All fees are to be rendered at time of service by cash, check, money order, or credit card. If you are interested in filing with your insurance company services that you receive at Metropolitan Comprehensive Health Services, your therapist will provide you with itemized monthly statements to submit to your insurance carrier per your requests.
A Sliding Fee Scale is available for individuals who do not have the means or financial resources to pay full price for services; however, adequate proof of income and or financial obligations is needed to qualify for a reduced fee. Also, Sliding Fee Scaled payments are reassessed over time with the therapist, to determine if a renegotiation of fees is possible upon the change of a client's financial status.
